DallasShip is a trade name of Blank AG LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida. These terms are an agreement between you and Blank AG LLC.

DallasShip provides shipping support, rate review, customer setup, and mobile workflow assistance. Pilot features may change as we test them with early customers.

Mobile eShip setup is a presentation and workflow layer for the customer's existing RockSolid WebShip access. DallasShip is not RockSolid and does not replace RockSolid's official account, payment, booking, or label systems.

Customers are responsible for confirming shipment details, rates, service selections, addresses, payment details, and labels before shipping. DallasShip support is intended to help operate the workflow, not to guarantee carrier performance or third-party system behavior.
