DallasShip collects the information customers submit through our forms so we can respond to shipping requests, review invoices, and help set up mobile eShip workflows.

We do not use the mobile eShip skin to collect passwords, cookies, tokens, payment details, or private account credentials. RockSolid remains responsible for login, rates, booking, payment, and labels.

Submitted contact details, invoice files, and workflow notes may be stored in DallasShip systems and sent to our internal team for follow up. We use this information only to provide shipping support and related services.

To request deletion or correction of submitted information, contact DallasShip using the same email or phone channel where you began setup.
