Make eShip work on your phone.

eShip is a desktop site out of the box. If you have a RockSolid WebShip login through DallasShip, one quick setup gives you a phone-friendly layout every time you open eShip in Safari.

Which path is yours?

  • First time on this phone? Do the one-time setup below — it takes a few minutes. After that, eShip is mobile-friendly on every visit.
  • Already set up? Just open eShip and log in as usual. The mobile layout applies automatically.
  • No WebShip login yet? You are a step early — start with a rate comparison and DallasShip will set up your account.

One-time setup

Make eShip phone-friendly in four steps.

eShip was built for desktop. The DallasShip mobile skin adds a phone-first layout to it inside Safari itself — bigger buttons, readable rate cards, and a proper mobile menu — without changing how anything works. Do these steps once, on the phone you ship from.

1

Get the free Userscripts app

Userscripts is a free, Apple-approved Safari add-on. It runs the DallasShip mobile layout — it never sees your login, and RockSolid still handles everything.

  1. aTap the button below — the App Store opens.
  2. bTap Get to install Userscripts.
  3. cCome back to Safari when it finishes. You never need to open the Userscripts app itself.

2

Turn it on in Settings

  1. aOpen the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. bTap Apps, then Safari.
  3. cTap Extensions, then Userscripts.
  4. dTurn on Allow Extension, then come back here.
3

Install the DallasShip skin

The button below opens a short guided page that shows you exactly what to tap — including a heads-up about a code page that looks strange but is completely normal.

Allow it on eShip — one time

  1. aTap the button below to open eShip.
  2. bTap the puzzle-piece icon next to the address bar.
  3. cTap Userscripts, then Always Allow, then Always Allow on This Website.
  4. dThat's it. The mobile layout is automatic on every visit from now on.

Want a hand — or the one-tap app?

A dedicated DallasShip app that skips the Userscripts steps is in the works. Leave your info to get the invite when it is ready, or if you would like DallasShip to walk you through the setup above.

Finished the steps?

Open eShip in Safari and log in as usual — the mobile layout is automatic from now on. Until setup is done, eShip still works; it just shows the desktop layout.

How mobile access fits

Mobile eShip is for customers after the rate comparison.

If you are still comparing providers, start with your invoice. If DallasShip already set up your account, use this page as your front door into the mobile workflow.

Use your real eShip login

RockSolid still handles login, rates, labels, payments, and shipment history. DallasShip helps make the customer workflow easier to use.

Mobile help after setup

If a page is hard to use from your phone, DallasShip can help test the mobile view and tell you when desktop is still the safer fallback.

Not set up yet?

Start with a rate comparison. After you approve the rates, DallasShip will collect the account authorization details needed to create your login.

New customer?

Do not start with account forms. Start with rates.

DallasShip will only ask for deeper account authorization after you have seen the rate comparison and decided the new rates are worth moving forward.

First step for prospects

Upload a current shipping invoice so we can compare rates. No bank account, card, or payment authorization is needed for the first review.
